Properties:
HCPE is produced on CPE through Chlorinated by Chlorinated atom and the chemical characteristic is stable,it is soluble in ketone,ester,acetone and cthylene glyool,insoluble in cthanol and 200# gasoline.It has good solubility, fluidity and co***tibility with most inorganic and organic pigments,such as alkyd resin(soluble in toluenc and xylene )and thermoplastic acrylic resin.Additionally,it has good weather resistance, chemical resistance,oil residtance and oaone resistance.
Applications:
HCPE is mainly used to produce wear resistant, heavy corrosion resistant and self-extinguishing coatings, highgrade adhesives and high quality printing ink.As coatings,it can be used in chemical equipment,oil field pipelines, offshore facilities,ship coatings,metallurgy and mine,salt industry,fishing ground,wastes treatment,transportation facilities,container and electrical equipment.
Packing & storage :20kg in plastic bag lined with polythene film bag; in cool ,dry, airiness place, avoid insolation & moist.
